Mike Callahan has been singing in bands since he was 13 years old. His most recent projects include Educated Spoke, Off The Cuff, and Duck. The first people he ever played with were Moran, Alworth, and Miles, and he couldn't be happier to bring it all full circle, and add Scherer to the mix, to create The Mike Callahan Band.

Raised just outside New York City, Mike Callahan has been onstage for his entire life, first as an actor, then as a musician. Mike later found his calling as a songwriter. Mike is a singer of rare power, whose every movement on stage is mesmerizing. Along the way he picked up the harmonica to add another weapon to his arsenal. With stints in several regional bands, Mike has appeared at a number of major venues in the tri-state area, including Tribeca Rock Club, the Bitter End, and the late Tobacco Road.

Aside from playing music, Mike is working on his bachelors degree in education/ social work, and serves as Vice President of The Better Days Foundation. He enjoys ice cold Captain and Gingers at a reasonable price, good times, warm conversations, and people who care. He also enjoys Recording Contracts, and money, so someone hurry up and sign him, quick! He is so grateful for the talented musicians that surround him, and the opportunity to be playing music with his best friends.
